About Sarah Hudson, Toronto, ONSince I can remember, I have been fascinated by the human body. Growing up, I was always in some kind of sport and enjoyed learning how to improve myself and my performance. I learned so much from my coaches over the years in soccer, gymnastics, volleyball, snowboarding and many others.

I enjoyed being active and went to the gym regularly. During my college years, I was working out a few times a week, but wasn’t getting the results I had hoped for and got really discouraged.

I decided to sign up with a personal trainer, who also encouraged me to see a nutritionist. With the help and knowledge of both professionals, I saw incredible changes to my body composition. I followed their instructions and got the results I wanted. There was no guessing, no yo-yo dieting and no mixed emotions.

For so many years, I struggled with ‘information overload’ about different diets and workouts. I would bounce from one trend to another. How did I not recognize I needed help and reach out earlier?

This is when I decided to educate myself about the human body, nutrition and the psychology of weight loss. I have achieved multiple certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching and have spent years learning what works and what doesn’t, so you don’t have to! I am continuously learning new skills to help further my clients’ success. There is a very specific plan to get you to your goal; you just have to commit to the process and trust in me to help you along the way.

My mission is to educate, motivate and empower you to take charge of your health. The choice is yours; you just have to commit to making it happen, and I will be there every step of the way!
