In my experience, just about everyone could benefit from some professional guidance about their diet and nutrition. I am happy to help anyone who is interested in improving their eating habits learn more about how to nourish their bodies with the right foods at the right times and create customized meal plans to help them meet their goals.
As part of my nutrition coaching packages, I will work with you to create custom meal plans to give your body the fuel it needs to thrive. Since these plans are customized to your needs, I will of course account for any food allergies or other restrictions you may have.
Obviously, the goal of working with a nutrition coach is to learn to eat healthier foods and to build healthier long-term eating habits. While I can’t cater to all your food preferences—as the purpose of these services is to help you change your diet, not continue your current one—I do recognize that it’s easier to adopt and stick to new eating habits when you are mostly eating foods that you like. I will work with you to create a meal plan that focuses on healthy foods that you enjoy eating and that minimizes foods you dislike or avoids them altogether.
