Mix the following ingredients in to a big mixing bowl and stir with a whisk.
10 egg whites
½ cup steel cut oats (uncooked)
2 scoops whey isolate protein powder
2 tbsp physillium husk (fiber) OPTIONAL
1/2 packet of stevia
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup water (add more water by the tbsp to thicken)
2 – Spray your non-stick fry pan with low cal cooking spray and wait for it to get hot.
3 – Pour a small amount of the mixture in to the pan so you can figure out how large or thick you want the pancakes. My mixture made four big ones.
4 – Flip once and test the centre to see if they have cooked through fully.
