Good nutrition and good fitness go hand-in-hand, and once you have tried them both together, you won’t want to go back to any other way! When you fuel your body properly with good nutrition, you will be able to tell the difference in how effective your workouts are. Additionally, when you are able to have a great workout and start seeing changes, you will want to continue making progress by using the right nutrition. I love helping people realize that nutrition is a life-long solution to many of the fitness problems that plague us today, and that kale is not the only thing that healthy people eat. Even the occasional treat is allowed!
