Combining the benefits of being outside with those that come with regular activity can have a positive impact on anyone’s life, which is why I created my outdoor personal training program. I have always been fascinated by the human body and its unique needs. In order to learn more, I pursued an education that combined nutrition, the human body, and the psychology behind weight loss. I have also received multiple certifications in nutrition, personal training, and life coaching, which have helped me learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to health and wellness. Applying this knowledge has allowed me to create personal training programs that benefit each of my individual clients, regardless of their physical activity or skill level.
