One of the largest barriers to fitness, hands down, is time. The time and effort that it takes to get to the gym somedays is enough to keep us from going and reaching our fitness goals. Instead of just accepting that we aren’t going to make it to the gym on those busy days, I would like to propose an alternate suggestion– I can come to you for in-home personal training! With in-home personal training, you have zero commute time, and I can help ensure you get a great workout from the comfort of your own home.
In-home personal training is great for busy individuals who don’t want to take the time to commute to the gym and back, but it is also great for individuals who aren’t quite confident enough to go the gym yet. Some gyms can be intimidating, and I want to make sure the fear of doing something wrong or lack of confidence doesn’t keep anyone from reaching their weight loss*, muscle, or activity goals.
When I come to you for in-home personal training, we are able to work on whatever you would like. I can bring basic equipment with me, or we can use equipment that everyone has in their homes, such as a bench or chair and complete loads of exercises. You will be surprised at the sweat you can work up in your own home with nothing but bodyweight exercises!
