As your personal trainer, I will customize your workouts to help you reach your specific health and fitness goals. I’ll show you how to perform exercises aligned with your specific fitness goals, safely and effectively, and ultimately be able to perform the exercises on your own, with confidence and reduced risk of injury . . . at home, at the gym, at work or outdoors.

Online Personal Training

Working with me online is a cost-effective way to reach your goals if you have a basic knowledge of strength training and are comfortable making your way through self-guided exercises.

  • Goal-specific nutrition plan with easy-to-follow recipes and weekly grocery shopping list, so buying what you need to eat isn’t overwhelming.
