Virtual Personal Training

Due to Covid-19, face-to-face personal training sessions are now available through virtual video sessions. Minimal equipment is required.

STEP 4: Plan will be provided along with download instructions for your app so you can begin.

STEP 5: Schedule future sessions and check ins.

I know the process of hiring a coach can be intimidating, but I assure you I am not here to judge you, only to help you move forward and implement new, healthy patterns to improve your lifestyle and overall health.
